Referring a patient is straightforward.
We work closely with pediatricians, family physicians, and specialists across Ontario. Our team responds to referrals within two business days.

Step 01
Send a referral.
Complete our referral form and fax or email it to us. A brief clinical summary helps us match the right clinician to your patient's needs.
Step 02
We contact the family.
Our intake team reaches out within two business days to arrange an initial consultation at either location or virtually.
Step 03
We let you know.
Once we have connected with the family, we send a confirmation back to your office so you know the referral has been received and acted on.
